Who Is Leslie K. Leland
Leslie K. Leland helps high-functioning women reconnect with the parts of themselves they buried in order to survive. Through her work as an author, founder, and identity architect, she explores emotional disconnection, reinvention, self-awareness, and the hidden survival patterns that shape women's relationships, leadership, and identity.
She is also the co-founder of Wigs Plus, a service-disabled veteran-owned business serving veterans through the VA across more than thirty VA medical centers nationwide, with approximately $3.2 million in federal contract revenue.
Her Founding Fellowship concluded with a retreat in Scottsdale, Arizona in April 2026. Twelve high-functioning women completed the cohort and produced documented transformation narratives, establishing the methodology as repeatable.
