By the age of 50, we have had ample time to learn from our experiences and gain valuable insights into life. We have likely experienced both successes and failures, and learned valuable lessons from both. As a result, we can make better-informed decisions, based on the experiences and knowledge we have accumulated over the years.

At this point in our lives, we have had enough time to build loving relationships, a stable career, and a comfortable home. We have achieved a level of personal stability and security that is fulfilling in its own right. This is a time for us to focus on the things that matter most to us— whether it is spending time with family, traveling, pursuing a deeper relationship with God, or giving back to our communities.

However, turning 50 does not mean that we stop growing. This can be a time for us to take on new challenges and to continue expanding our horizons. With the wisdom and experience that we have gained, we are better equipped to take on new challenges and to face life's uncertainties.

My 50th birthday party was on my actual birthday, Saturday April 1st 2023 at the MGM National Harbor in Maryland. My theme was a modern Disco: Studio 50. inspired by the iconic Studio 54.

Thank you to my husband Waleed and my BFF's Dana & Kiki for your financial support and your unwavering commitment to making sure this day was an unforgettable milestone birthday celebration.

Thank you to my family and friends who traveled to bring in this milestone with me. Thank you for your love, for showing up in person and in spirit! Thank you for your calls, cards, gifts, money and overall energy.
